Terence Kwong

Founder & CEO

Terence is an ex‑Apple alumnus and seasoned property professional with more than a decade of experience as a landlord, investor, and renovation project lead. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Bristol and leads with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.

Dannii Fang

Co‑Founder

Dannii brings over ten years of hands‑on experience in lettings, management and renovation. Having personally managed 100+ UK properties, she provides deep insight into landlord needs and property operations. Dannii is a graduate of University of Portsmouth with a Masters in Multimedia Marketing.
