Terence Kwong — Founder & CEO

Terence is an ex‑Apple alumnus and seasoned property professional with more than a decade of experience as a landlord, investor, and renovation project lead. His background spans lettings, property management, acquisitions, and operational system design.  

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from University of Bristol. Terence leads Victoria Repton with a focus on innovation, service quality, and operational excellence.

Dannii Fang — Co‑Founder

Dannii brings over ten years of hands‑on experience in lettings, management and renovation. She has personally overseen the management of 100+ UK properties, giving her deep insight into landlord needs, tenant expectations, and the realities of property operations.  

Dannii’s expertise ensures that every client receives practical, reliable, and detail‑driven support. She holds a Masters degree in Multimedia Marketing and a degree in Business Administration and is a proud University of Portsmouth graduate.
