Landlord FAQs

How can I run my end-of-year tax report?
Click “Financial Reports” in the left-hand menu, select the tax year in the top right filter, and click “Apply Filters”. You will see a breakdown of rental income and expenses across your portfolio. The report can be downloaded or printed.
How much rent has been paid on a property?
Select the property from your dashboard or the “Properties” menu. Under “Financial Reports”, choose “Rent”, select the date range or tax year, and click “Apply Filters”. This shows amounts, payment dates, and the relevant rent periods.
How can I find expenses or fees incurred?
Under “Financial Reports”, choose “Expenses” or “Fees”, select the date range, and click “Apply Filters”. Each expense’s description, date, and amount (with VAT breakdown) will be shown.
How can I find the rent arrears on my properties?
Check the “Financials” section on your dashboard. Clicking “Overdue” lists all arrears, and clicking the total per tenancy expands the row for a detailed breakdown.
How can I see open maintenance issues?
Open issues appear in the “Reported Issues” widget on your dashboard. Click “View All” for a complete list.
How can I view the rent due over a tenancy?
On the tenancy dashboard under “Rent Schedule”, click “View All” to see the full schedule, including amounts already paid.
How can I see which tenancies are ending soon?
The “Tenancies” widget on your dashboard shows active and ending-soon tenancies. Click the links for full lists.
How can I check my payment bank account?
View this under “Bank Accounts” in the “Financial Reports” section. The nominated account for payments is clearly indicated.

Tenant FAQs

How do I view my account for my current tenancy?
Click the balance due on your dashboard. The account page shows all due items (rent, deposit, etc.), dates, received amounts, and outstanding balances. Future items appear in a lighter colour.
How can I check when my next rent is due?
Upcoming payments appear under “Payment reminders”. Click the balance due to view the full account ordered by date.
How can I check my share of the rent?
Multi-tenant lettings show your share under contractual rent on your dashboard or tenancy dashboard.
How can I see recent payments I have made?
Use the “Receipts” widget or menu to view payment history. Click a payment to see how it was allocated.
How can I check what viewings I have booked?
Your dashboard shows upcoming viewings. Click “View All” for details, arrangements, and property location.
Where can I find my tenancy documents?
Click your tenancy, then “Documents” to find ASTs, safety certificates, and check-in reports. General guides are under the top user menu.
Can I view inspection reports for my property?
Click your tenancy and select “Inspections”. View photos or download a printable PDF.
Can I retrieve details of a previous tenancy?
All past tenancies are listed under “Tenancies” on the left. Click any reference to view documents and payment history.
